In the ever-turning wheel of American punk rock, few outfits have charted the passage of time with as much honesty and conviction as The Menzingers. Now, two decades into their storied run, the Pennsylvania quartet returns with news of their latest long-playing record, Everything I Ever Saw, due to arrive July 17, 2026 via Epitaph Records—a work shaped by change, endurance, and the quiet revelations that come with both.

To herald the album’s arrival, the band has unveiled its second single, “Chance Encounters,” a reflective yet driving number that captures the essence of a group still very much in motion. Accompanied by a moving picture directed by Britain Weyant alongside the band themselves, the song serves as both introduction and thesis—an entry point into a record steeped in lived experience.

Frontman Tom May describes the album as the product of a transformative period, one marked by marriage, separation, loss, and growth. Yet rather than retreat into cynicism, The Menzingers have chosen to confront it all head-on. The result is a collection of songs that balance hard-won wisdom with an undercurrent of hope—an increasingly rare commodity in uncertain times.

Recorded with longtime collaborator and noted producer Will Yip at his newly established Memory Music Studios in Philadelphia, Everything I Ever Saw finds the band reconnecting with the raw, communal energy that first defined their sound. It is, in many respects, a return to form—not in imitation, but in spirit—where collaboration and immediacy take precedence over polish.

Across its eleven tracks, the record unfolds like a diary set to melody. From the anthemic pull of “Better Angels” to the introspective weight of “When She Enters My Dreams,” the album captures the tension between who we were and who we are becoming. It is a document not only of reflection, but of forward motion.

As The Menzingers prepare to carry these songs across stages in North America, Europe, and beyond throughout 2026, Everything I Ever Saw stands as a testament to their enduring voice. In a genre built on urgency, they have found longevity—not by standing still, but by continuing to evolve with purpose and heart.
