The moment I heard the screams ringing from the LA Public Library from 4 young youths, I was in. From signing to the infamous independent records label, Epitaph Records, to the North American ‘Saviors’ tour opening for Rancid and Green Day, to their first headlining tour and being able to share that moment in Seattle with my teenage daughter, Ive been on board. Within the last five years you have seen the amazing rise of The Linda Lindas and the train is only picking up more steam.
Last month The Linda Lindas released a new single, “Burning Out“. With that release, they had another announcement: the band was joining the grounds of Sinatra as they signed with Reprise, the record label he founded in 1960 (now part of Warner – but the history is still there)
The Lindas Lindas have shared even more with their new single, featuring Hayley Williams. “‘Closer’ is about feeling like you’re losing control of time, and watching yourself grow older from afar,” Bela Salazar and Lucia de la Garza say. “Lately, we’ve been realizing how important it is to stay present, especially when our lives feel constantly in motion.” The band has accompanied the release of the song with an official visualizer directed by Tris Angela.
The Linda Lindas arent done yet with the news of the new single, the band has announced their upcoming, third album, ‘Gotta Get Out‘, out August 28, and the first on the Reprise catalog. Pre save the upcoming album now on all streaming services or on the Autographed Eco Mix Green LP.

The Linda Lindas has not yet released dates in support of the new album, but they do have some summer shows with BLEACHERS.
